On Friday Central Linn take on Stanfield at 7:00 PM. Central Linn is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
Central Linn had to kick off their season on the road last week, but they showed no ill effects. They took down Weston-McEwen 24-8.
Meanwhile, Stanfield couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They suffered a grim 8-34 defeat to Irrigon.
Central Linn's win lifted them to 1-0 while Stanfield's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Central Linn can add another positive mark to their record or if Stanfield can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Central Linn's step.
