Glen Lake found their leader in underclassman Jacob Plamondon, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Plamondon has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Colebrook Sutherland, who scored ten points.
Leland has not been sharp recently as the team's lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Glen Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leland will face off against Benzie Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Benzie Central's favor as the team sits on seven straight wins at home while Leland has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Glen Lake, they will take on Onekama at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Glen Lake's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches.
