After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Herscher, Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers 15-1. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk).
