Braylon Charboneau posted a new career-high in runs on Thursday. He scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Fowlerville is 2-1 when Charboneau posts two or more runs, but 3-8 otherwise.

Charboneau's strong effort led Fowlerville over Eastern and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Gladiators are a perfect 5-0 against the Quakers going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
