Centennial barely beat Horn the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Centennial Titans' way against the Horn Jaguars on Friday as the Centennial Titans made off with an 8-1 win. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Matthew Echaniz, who scored two runs while going 3-for-3. Ryan Weilbacher was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.

Centennial now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Horn, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-3.

Centennial and Horn's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Centennial and Creekview (who has only given up 1.8 runs per game) will meet at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Horn will challenge Emerson at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, a team that's only allowed one run per game.
