The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Nauset Regional in their matchups with Dennis-Yarmouth Regional: they've now lost six in a row.
It was another big night for Jayden Barber, who rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 162 yards and three touchdowns for Dennis-Yarmouth Regional. Barber was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 58 yards.
Nauset Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Dennis-Yarmouth Regional, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-4.
