Schuster wasn't the only one making solid contact: Orlando Christian Prep kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. The Warriors are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Orangewood Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over Legacy Charter on Tuesday. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by seven runs or more this season.
Alex Walker was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Addison Lambert, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
Orlando Christian Prep is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Orangewood Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 14-9.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Orlando Christian Prep has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Orangewood Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
