The Fayetteville Wolves suffered their biggest defeat since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 87-53 loss at the hands of Victory Christian. Fayetteville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
William Wilson-Hueter was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points for Victory Christian. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wilson-Hueter has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Bentley Cable, who scored 17 points.
Fayetteville's defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Victory Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season.
Fayetteville will be playing in front of their home fans against Isabella at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Isabella comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Victory Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Cullman Christian at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
