Chittenango was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Cortland Purple Tigers on the road by a 59-45 margin. One positive for the Bears, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Chittenango's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Cortland, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Chittenango will host Tully at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cortland, they are taking a road trip to take on Westhill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
