The Meadows School won the last time they faced Pahrump Valley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Meadows School Mustangs claimed a resounding 71-44 victory over the Pahrump Valley Trojans. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.

The Meadows School got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Grant Moses out in front who went 7 for 13 on his way to 17 points along with seven assists and three steals. Moses continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Ethan Fink was another key player, going 6 of 12 en route to 14 points and eight assists.

Moses wasn't the only one working in the assists department: The Meadows School was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pahrump Valley only racked up 15 assists.

Keir Sheppard and Joshua Slusher certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Sheppard went 5 for 10 on his way to 14 points, while Slusher posted six points and six assists. The dominant performance gave Slusher a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Lucas Gavenda, who put up five points.

The victory was the third in a row for The Meadows School, bringing their record for this year to 12-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Pahrump Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

The Meadows School has already played their next contest (against Green Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pahrump Valley has already played their next match, an 81-36 defeat against Legacy on the 18th.
