The Crown Point Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 26 points or more this season. They were the clear victor by a 63-37 margin over Hartford Central.
It was another big night for Trevor Harris, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 19 rebounds. The game was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Reese Pertak, who scored eight points along with six steals and five assists.
Crown Point's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. As for Hartford Central, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crown Point will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Indian Lake Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024. Hartford Central will finish 2023 at home by hosting Whitehall at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
