Oakdale didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Caden Adams,  Peyton Wallace,  and  Wes Burford picked up one apiece. Burford's rushing production has been exceptional  for a while as that marked his 22nd straight game with at least 108  rushing yards dating back to last season.

Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Buffaloes blew the Tigers out of the water with  a  43-7 final score. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  win against them.
 Oakdale's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Manteca, their win bumped their record up to 9-0.
 Oakdale came up short against Manteca when the teams last played  back in November of 2024, falling  36-24. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of  the Buffaloes'  Nikko Juarez, who rushed for 171 yards and a pair of  touchdowns.
