Chandler hasn't had much luck against Xavier College Prep recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Gators at 3:45 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.
Chandler's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over Valley Vista. Considering the Wolves have won five matchups by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Isabelle Ashike Osorio tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over 4.2 innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Lily Kolsrud, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 2-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Brown, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
Chandler always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Valley Vista only posted an OBP of .333.
Meanwhile, Xavier College Prep got the win against Casteel on Friday by a conclusive 12-3.
Molly Frazier spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 15 Ks.
On the hitting side, Sydney Terveen was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Sariah McNabb was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
The victory made it two in a row for Chandler and bumps their season record up to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Xavier College Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Chandler hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .475. However, it's not like Xavier College Prep struggles in that department as they've averaged .424. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Chandler might still be hurting after the 7-1 loss they got from Xavier College Prep in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Will the Wolves have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
