Stetson Brooks Earns League's Top Spot
Starting off the list is McCamey's Stetson Brooks, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Brooks rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. We rated that as his best effort of the season, edging out his previous best set back in September.
McCamey moved to 3-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Brooks and McCamey will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sterling City at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.

Edgar Quinonez Turns in Season-Best Performance
Edgar Quinonez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading McCamey to the win on Friday. Quinonez's receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 receiving yards dating back to last season.
This season, Quinonez has caught 9 touchdowns while averaging 120.4 receiving yards per game.

Aiden Torres Has Career-Day on Friday
McCamey was led to victory by Aiden Torres, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Torres threw for 219 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 79 yards on only five carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the year, Torres has thrown 13 touchdowns while averaging 188.9 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 15 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 39.57 rushing yards.

Jasi Galindo's Big Game Leads Eldorado over Sterling City
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Jasi Galindo stepped things up a notch to give Eldorado the 'W'. Sterling City had no answer to Galindo as he rushed for 118 yards and three touchdowns.
For the year, Galindo has averaged 41.1 receiving yards per game.

Kemyd Faciane Turns in Another Game with at Least 113 Rushing Yards
Kemyd Faciane continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 11th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 113 rushing yards. He rushed for 192 yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 58 yards.
Iraan's probably not too fond of Faciane given he always seems to get the better of them. When Faciane last faced the Braves back in October of 2023, he rushed for 176 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry.
