Foley has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will square off against the Fairhope Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Foley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Tuesday.
Foley suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They were beaten by Pine Forest 56-28. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Foley has scored all season.
Foley's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of James Morgan, who scored six points, and Kaden Adams who scored five points along with three steals.
In what's become a running theme this season, Fairhope gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Daphne with a sharp 74-48 win. The victory was familiar territory for Fairhope who now have four in a row.
Foley's defeat was their 14th straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-25. As for Fairhope, their victory bumped their record up to 19-4.
Foley was dealt a bruising 75-40 defeat at the hands of Fairhope in their previous matchup two weeks ago. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Foley was down 42-17.
