Seiling has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Weleetka Outlaws at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Seiling extended their postseason success on Friday against Turpin. They blew past the Cardinals, posting a 56-6 win at home. Seiling's victory was all the more impressive since Turpin was averaging only 16.55 points allowed on the season.
Meanwhile, Weleetka faced Webbers Falls in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Weleetka took their match at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 64-18 win over Webbers Falls. The win was nothing new for Weleetka as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
The match pitted two dominant signal callers against one another in Isaac Drake and Maddux Shelby. Drake had a great game and gained 338 total yards and four touchdowns. Meanwhile, Shelby was balling out in the loss, rushing for 223 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry.
Seiling has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 12-0 record. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46.18 points. As for Weleetka, their win bumped their record up to 11-1.
