Macon County enjoyed a cozy 49-31 victory over the Wildcats on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Macon County also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Macon County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aniah Lake out in front who scored 11 points. Towanna Cochran was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Schley County lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Lily Walker, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Walker, who scored eight points.
