Meanwhile, New Mexico School for the Deaf put another one in the bag last Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 71-31 victory over Walatowa Charter. New Mexico School for the Deaf has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 36 points or more this season.
Tyler Todorovic and Adrien Ercolino were among the main playmakers for New Mexico School for the Deaf as the former shot 4-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds and the latter dropped a double-double on 21 points and 20 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Todorovic has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zion Holmes, who scored 11 points.
Chesterton Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for New Mexico School for the Deaf, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
