Argo lost to Lyons back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Argonauts fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. The Argonauts' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Sebastian Pardol paced Argo's offense, picking up nine kills. Pardol got some help from Konrad Tylka and his 22 assists. Alex Krzysiak controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Argo's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Lyons, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Argo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Shepard on the 4th. As for Lyons, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lockport on the 4th.
