On Thursday, Barstow is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Highland at Highland at 5:30 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
There's no need to mince words: Barstow lost to Serrano last Thursday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 14-58. Barstow were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-40.
Meanwhile, Highland had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 0-32 walloping at Golden Valley hands.
