Lewis County have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Nicholas County at 7:30 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps state rankings predict a close match.
Two weeks ago, Lewis County received a tough blow as they fell 34-49 to East Carter.
Meanwhile, Nicholas County simply couldn't be stopped last week, as they easily beat Fairview 43-0.
Nicholas County's win lifted them to 3-0 while Lewis County's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Nicholas County can add another positive mark to their record or if Lewis County can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Nicholas County's step.
