It was a good run, but Foothill unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Orange Lutheran Lancers by a score of 2-1. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Foothill started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 15-10.

Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Orange Lutheran, they pushed their record up to 18-9 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Foothill has already played their next matchup (against Pacifica), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Orange Lutheran, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Los Altos on the 5th.
