Ascension Christian have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a somewhat close 32-26 victory over Westminster Academy. No one put up better numbers for Ascension Christian than Tyler Cambre, who brought his A game into the match. He caught passes for 179 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-50, which was the final score in Fisher's tilt against Haynes Academy last Thursday.
Ascension Christian's win lifted them to 1-3 while Fisher's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Ascension Christian's success rolls on or if Fisher are able to steal their positive momentum.
