Jacob Garza put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was Colt Cavazos, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Harmony School of Innovation, who are still winless after their ninth match. They took a serious blow against Port Isabel on Tuesday, falling 113-21. Harmony School of Innovation has not had much luck with Port Isabel recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Raymondville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Harmony School of Innovation, their defeat was their 11th straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-9.
Everything came up roses for Raymondville against Harmony School of Innovation in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 104-17 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Raymondville since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
