That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in May of 2025. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on London Smith, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with six stolen bases and three runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2025. Easton Payne was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
Richland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .610. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Richland has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Osage, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
