The North Florida Educational Institute Fighting Eagles will be playing at home against the Andrew Jackson Tigers at 6:00  p.m.  on Saturday. North Florida Educational Institute is coming into the  game hot, having won their last five games.
 North Florida Educational Institute put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season  on Monday. They took their  game at home  with ease, bagging a  61-26 victory over Paxon School For Advanced Studies. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win North Florida Educational Institute has posted  since November 30, 2023.
 North Florida Educational Institute can attribute much of their success to   Lesly Gonzalez, who  scored 18 points along with five  assists and two  steals, and   Sara Araujio Dagba, who  scored 20 points along with nine  rebounds and five  steals. That's the first time this season that  Araujio Dagba  pulled down eight or more   rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Shadia Santacruz, who  scored five points along with three  steals.
 Andrew Jackson suffered their biggest  defeat since December 2, 2023 on Tuesday. They were beaten by Bolles 60-20. While losing is never fun, Andrew Jackson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings  (they are ranked 229th, while Bolles is ranked 25th).
 North Florida Educational Institute has  been performing  well recently as they've  won seven of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Andrew Jackson, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13.
 North Florida Educational Institute won a  matchup that couldn't have been any closer  in their previous meeting  back in January of 2023, slipping by Andrew Jackson 1-0.
