Forest Hills is 9-1 against Bedford since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rangers will head out on the road to face off against the Bisons at 4:30 p.m. Forest Hills is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.
Bedford will be up against a hot Forest Hills squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Rangers were the clear victors by a 12-6 margin over Greater Johnstown on Monday. The Rangers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by six runs or more this season.

Jacob Singer made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed five innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Forest Hills is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 2-4 otherwise. Singer was even better at the plate, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (three).
In other batting news, Forest Hills let Brody Custer and Xander Richardson run wild. Custer went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles, while Richardson went 3-for-5 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Custer has become a key player for Forest Hills: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-5 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Layne Sivec, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
Forest Hills always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Bedford didn't have quite enough to beat McConnellsburg on Monday and fell 5-3.
Bedford saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aspen Anderson, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.
Forest Hills' record now sits at 4-5. As for Bedford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
