While Cherokee's win against Sheffield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 2-1. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Cherokee's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Sheffield, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
