Ellison Hinnen posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out 17 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
