The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Pine Grove in their matchups with North Schuylkill: they've now lost six in a row.
Zane Zulkowski continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for North Schuylkill, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Zulkowski has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. Jack Keiter was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
Pine Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for North Schuylkill, their victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5.
Pine Grove will square off against Tamaqua at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Schuylkill, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Panther Valley at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Panther Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up five on Tuesday.
