Valor Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Alyssa Mulholland, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Marisa Taylor, who scored 11 points.
Denmark's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. As for Valor Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-1.
