In what's become a running theme this season, the Dayspring Christian Academy Warriors gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They blew past Harrisburg Academy 66-28 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Dayspring Christian Academy has managed all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dayspring Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Huxta, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Huxta has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Bearden, who scored 14 points along with five assists.
The victory got Dayspring Christian Academy back to even at 6-6. As for Harrisburg Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dayspring Christian Academy will take on York Country Day at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Harrisburg Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lititz Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Lititz Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 29 on Thursday.
