Wellington was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-15, 18-25, 25-19, 15-12.
Forge Christian better focus on containing Riley Dugan and Khloe Roberts as the pair were huge in Wellington's win. Dugan had nine digs and five aces, while Roberts had 12 digs. The dominant performance also gave Dugan a new career-high in assists (24).
Forge Christian's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Wellington, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
