Meanwhile, Owensboro Catholic put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They breezed by Edmonson County at home to the tune of 48-7. The result was nothing new for Owensboro Catholic, who have now won seven matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.
Brady Atwell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 285 yards and five touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. Atwell is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last four games he's played. William "Tutt" Carrico also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Fort Campbell now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Owensboro Catholic, their victory was their tenth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-0.
