Marcus' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Colton Nussmeier, who threw for 240 yards and one TD while completing 76.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 31 yards. What's more, Nussmeier racked up 129.1 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September of 2024.
