Make it eight blowout wins for the WISH Academy Owls this season. Everything went their way against TEACH Tech Charter on Thursday as WISH Academy made off with a 62-37 win. The victory was just what WISH Academy needed coming off of a 73-50 defeat in their prior contest.
WISH Academy was led to victory by Keith Hartman and Noah Tureaud. Hartman scored 13 points along with seven rebounds, while Tureaud scored 19 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Nakada, who scored nine points.
WISH Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for TEACH Tech Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. WISH Academy's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Animo Watts at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th. As for TEACH Tech Charter, TEACH Tech Charter and Burton will face off on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Burton comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
