After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against North Rowan, the West Davidson Dragons were happy to have found some success  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against South Davidson as West Davidson made off with a  51-31 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as West Davidson just coasted through the last quarter.
 West Davidson got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Motlei Stovall out in front who  scored 15 points along with six  rebounds and three  steals. Stovall hasn't dropped below two  steals for four straight games.  Wyatt Cooper was another key contributor,  scoring 13 points along with four  steals.
 South Davidson's loss  came despite strong showings from  Taylor Sura and  Kayra Hulin.  Sura  scored eight points along with two  steals, while  Hulin  scored 16 points along with seven  rebounds. That was a full 51.6% of South Davidson's points, marking the 17th time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 West Davidson is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight matches,  which provided a massive bump to their 10-13 record  this season. As for South Davidson, they dropped their record down to 4-19 with that  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
