Basketball Recap: Van Skates Past Jarrell with Ease

Van came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Jarrell Cougars 65-38. The Vandals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Van has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Jarrell, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Ferris the next time they take the court. Jarrell will head out to face Ferris at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Van will head out to face them at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
