Highland is a perfect 6-0 against Millbrook since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Huskies will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blazers at 4:15 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Millbrook will be up against a hot Highland squad: the team just extended their winning streak to six. The Huskies put the hurt on Dover with a sharp 11-1 victory on Wednesday. That's two games straight that the Huskies have won by exactly ten runs.

Micheal Secor tossed a big game, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Leland DuBoice, who went 3-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and one double. Anthony Forzano was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Highland was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .464. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dover only posted a batting average of .062.

Meanwhile, Millbrook made easy work of Ellenville on Monday and carried off a 14-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Blazers in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won five in a row.

Highland pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Millbrook, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Highland was able to grind out a solid victory over Millbrook when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 10-7. Do the Huskies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blazers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
