The Osceola Warriors will square off against the Northeast Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northeast took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Osceola, who comes in off a win.
Osceola had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt IMG Academy Navy last Friday. Osceola was the clear victor by an 8-2 margin over IMG Academy Navy.

Osceola got a great performance from Cooper Walker as he tossed 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits. Walker has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Osceola let Richard Stegbauer and Kaden DeLeeuw run wild. Stegbauer went 3-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run, while DeLeeuw scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. The dominant performance also gave DeLeeuw a new career-high in RBI (two). Maxwell Wing was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, Northeast came up short against DePaul College Prep on Thursday, falling 16-6.
Connor Mook was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Marley, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Osceola, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.
Osceola's speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's match. Osceola has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Northeast, though, as they've been averaging only 1.1 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Osceola continue to outrun the ball?
Osceola was able to grind out a solid win over Northeast in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, winning 7-3. Does Osceola have another victory up their sleeve, or will Northeast turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
