Desert Vista won the last time they faced Corona del Sol and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Desert Vista Thunder blew past the Corona del Sol Aztecs, posting an 83-46 victory. The Thunder have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 25 points or more this season.

Desert Vista got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Garrett Saunders out in front who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Damian 'DJ' Spencer, who earned 18 points.

Desert Vista now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Corona del Sol, they dropped their record down to 3-23 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home.

Desert Vista didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-36 loss against Sunnyslope on the 12th. Corona del Sol does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
