The Chandler Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were the victim of a tough 47-24 loss at the hands of Bristow.
It was another big night for Shalyn Edmondson, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds for Bristow. The contest was Edmondson's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Addi Alexander was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five steals.
Chandler's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bristow, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chandler is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Seminole at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. Seminole and Chandler are at an even 4-4 over their past eight head-to-heads. Bristow won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Okemah at 7:00 p.m. on December 9th. Okemah is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
