Renaissance Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Taijae Byrd-Breazeale, who scored 23 points. Ed Breazeale IV was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Alliance Christian, who are still winless after their fifth match. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 76-56 walloping at the hands of Mount Calvary Christian on Thursday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Renaissance Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Alliance Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
