The Duluth Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mountain View Bears at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Duluth entered their tilt with Dacula with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went Duluth's way against Dacula on Friday as Duluth made off with a 5-2 victory. With Duluth ahead 4-1 at the half, the match was all but over already.
They hit Dacula with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Ashley Ross (2),
Amy Cortes,
Lora Kim, and
Caylan White.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Mountain View sidestepped Shiloh for a 2-1 win. The win was just what Mountain View needed coming off of a 4-0 loss in their prior game.
Duluth's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Mountain View, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Duluth came up short against Mountain View in their previous matchup back in March of 2019, falling 3-1. Can Duluth avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
