Cughan hasn't dropped below three steals for eight straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Clay Farley, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three blocks.
Meanwhile, Belleville Mennonite was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 52-47 to Meadowbrook Christian.
Columbia County Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. As for Belleville Mennonite, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-12.
