Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Souderton

While Souderton's win against Central Bucks South wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over the Titans on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

The team relied heavily on Evan Divens, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Radcliff, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Souderton now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Central Bucks South, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Souderton will take on rival North Penn at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Indians 3.6, the Knights 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Central Bucks South is set to challenge their familiar foe Pennridge at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
