Javarion Brown Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Huss was led to victory by Javarion Brown, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Brown rushed for 208 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.9 yards per attempt. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (108.2). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Huss now has a winning record of 3-2. Brown and Huss will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Crest at 7:30 p.m. on October 25th.

Chanyce Ford put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He made seven total tackles. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 53 yards.

Blee Came Up Big in South Point's 28-21 Win
Patrick Blee's big game helped extend South Point's winning streak to five on Friday. Blee was unstoppable, rushing for 94 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 73 yards and a touchdown.
Blee is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Ashbrook on Thursday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Blee saw the Greenwave), he rushed for 127 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries.
