It was another big night for  Michelle Shields, who  went 7 for 15  on her way to 19  points. Her evening made it six games in a row in which  she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Keyona Hague, who  posted six points and 13  rebounds.
 Unaka  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 17  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least nine  offensive boards in three consecutive  contests.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Twin Springs, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They breezed by Patrick Henry to the tune of  69-28 on Friday. The Titans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Unaka pushed their record up to 8-3 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.3 points. As for Twin Springs,  the  win  got them back to even at 2-2.
 Everything came up roses for Unaka against Twin Springs when the teams last played  on Tuesday, as the  squad secured  a  63-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Unaka since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
