Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yosemite). They breezed by the Le Grand Bulldogs to the tune of 71-17 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Badgers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2021.

Yosemite's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Le Grand, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Yosemite won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Fowler at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Yosemite is facing Fowler at the right time seeing as Fowler is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Le Grand, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Madera South at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Madera South knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Le Grand likes a good challenge.
