Kaiden Smit turned in nothing short of a gem on Tuesday: he dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was his fourth in a row with eight or more rebounds. This year, Smit has averaged 16.2 points, 2.5 blocks, and 2.9 steals per contest.
Smit and Sangre de Cristo will head out on the road to challenge Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Smit hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 16.2 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Centennial's dominant defense.
